Well today was the finale of Creation Fest and a job well done to the team and CCCM. Finishing with cold, cold and wet weather they are ready for Florida where their flip flops and kakhi shorts are appreciated!
As the day came to a close they all gathered for one final prayer of thanksgiving for all that God had done over the week. With lives saved, friendships formed, hearts of servants molded they made their final farewell.
Now toasty warm and tucked in to bed they are resting up for their 4-5 hour drive tomorrow back to London. Hoping the drive back isnt' as long as the one comingas they drove 3 hours out of the way! (Atleast they have good pics to show for it :D).
Please keep Pilgrim in your prayers as he again attempts to join the London natives at a go of the streets. They will be back in London tomorrow evening after they finish breakfast and a devotion on the beach (in Ilfracombe), one last time. I hear they have the most beautiful beaches, coming from Sarasota folk that's BIG!
To all the parents I am requested that you send your dear children a note to say hi or something, anything!!!!! I hear the students are home sick and when given the quick chance to jump on the net are discouraged not to see something from their mommy's and daddy's :C. Hey, don't shoot the messanger!
Update for all those interested like ME ..................1 day, 39 hours, 2370 minutes and counting! PTL.

ONE backstage pass goes to.......
Praise the Lord for His unfailing love! Today was another great day of evangelism and serving. The team is braving the weather as it has been cold and wet ALL day today. It doesn't really rain there, it is like having a mister on continuous spray. As you know the students have been assigned to serve in many different areas, food, bouncing maching, parking duty, clean up duty but only ONE student had the job of back stage servant.....AMY! She has been backstage with the bands serving coffee, laughing, talking, playing, praying, serving in whatever area needed and had the pleasure of being picked on. She has loved every minute of it and from what I hear already signed a few bands to come play back home :D
They have just gotten done eating a late night snack (12pm their time) and are ready to sleep. The van is finally in one, safe piece and only cost them more than double what it would here to be fixed, but hey it's fixed right?! Tomorrow will be the conclusion of Creation Fest and will run from 10am until 9pm. After that they will head back to their hotel for their final stay in Ilfracombe. The next morning they will drive back to London and will be staying again at the Lord Kensington Hotel for their LAST night!
Thank you Jesus for your hand of mercy over our family, bring them home safely and let Your Glory be seen through this week of faithful service to You....

Being Challenged and Lovin it!
It is cold and rainy but the Creation Fest is up and going. As Jim said the students and Pilgrim and Nancy are serving in many different areas. Parking, serving food, bouncy machine and some are just plain witnessing. They are being challenged as God is bringing people from all different walks of life into their path.
They are getting along great and are exhausted. They got to bed after midnight last night and were up at 7:30 heading out to the Fest. Their having a great time and will be home soon, yeah! :D
The van will be fixed tomorrow just in the nick of time to drive back to London Monday. They are still unable to have computer and phone access as again it is a city yet modernized and the cost as well.
Please keep them in your prayers and for God's speed for their return home, hah hah....... F.Y.I. for all the parents and myself check this out 3 days, 88 hours, 5288 minutes and counting! lol.

"It will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his property to them". Matt 25:14
This morning they came out of their hotel to find a flat tire on the van. They were supposed to meet CCCM for devotions and thankfully they were close enough to walk. This gave Pilgrim time to "try" to fix the tire. God's mercy reigned! Unknowing what to do Pilgrim reached for tools that were supposed to be too small and the bolts that were too big to fit and behold the spare was on before the group returned. As they were on their way to Creation Fest they accidently passed the exit and had to turn around in a TIRE shop/gas station parking lot! I think Pilgrim saw lights from Heaven :D He stopped in and they were able to fix the tire and will put it on the van tomorrow! "His mercies are new every morning", Amen!?
Doesn't seem like a big deal but even the small things can seem very BIG and overwhelming in a foreign country where you know nothing and can't just go up the road to a Firestone. Satan would have loved to weezle his way in through that situation but God once again claimed victory for His Saints and fixed things that weren't supposed to be fixed, per the words of Pilgrim who used to be Manager over a tire division. He has much better things planned for them!
They set up for Creation Fest today as well as street witnessing in pairs of 4 and 2. The Lord worked through them in a powerful way and they can see God revealing Himself to the lost already. They will be helping out with the behind the scenes things tomorrow as it begins. It will be held on about 7 acres of property which is "beautiful, breath taking and pollaroid worthy" according to Pilgrim and the team. Ilfracombe is a quaint little town that is not yet modernized. There isn't even a Pizza Hut. But the scenary is gorgeous and a place they love to retreat to daily.
Please be in prayer as the Spiritual warefare has seemed to really kick up a notch. Please pray for our example as a church and our example as God's ambassadors. Please also pray that God gives our students a heart of servanthood, ready to do anything and everything that is asked, giving much more than is required of them.
God is doing some amazing things over there and they are excited to see what He is going to do over the weekend.Creation Fest begins tomorrow and will run through until Sunday from 10am until 10pm. Please cover this in your prayers over the next few days that God will poor out His Spirit and that the town of Ilfracombe will be touched by His grace and glory!

Safe and sound in Ilfracombe!
Pilgrim was able to deliver everyone safely in Ilfracombe. Pilgrim's words exactly, "today was CRAZY driving up the steepest hills ever, and the views on top of north devon's mountain were amazing!"
When they arrived they went over to the Creation Fest site and began to help set up for the road show. They met everyone from Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa and seem to be having a great time.
They are now at their hotel and ready to hit the hay! They will be helping out again tomorrow with the road show.
Hopefully more updates to come tomorrow morning!

O'well no Harrod's!
Okay so the troops are doing really well. They are peacefully asleep at their hotel and will be packing up and moving toward Ilfracumbe tomorrow.
They went to the Buckingham palace today for their tour and ended it with a tea that took two hours too long! With the tour of the palace they received tea tickets however the tea was across the city at another location. The tour went over and the tea took longer than expected BUT they still had a great time! They attempted to go to Harrod's but because the tea and tour took longer than expected they were unable to make it before closing. Apparentley they weren't too upset as the prices were outrageous.... Parents be looking forward to your souveniers from the palace!
Although the students would have like to discover more of London they still had a full day of fun and adventure. Nine o'clock and the sun is just beginning to set and their off to find a place to dine for dinner, actually last I heard they were going to try a grocery store for some yummies!
Apparently the way to eat is "on the go" as most people travel by way of foot. They have stopped in at quaint little cafe's for a quick bite along the way and in their words "the cafe's are like outdoor Panera's with walk up counters", you order and go.
Please be in prayer as Pilgrim "tries" to drive on the OPPOSITE side of the road, while steering on the OPPOSITE side of the car, while using the OPPOSITE side of his brain (he's a lefty, hah hah). Per Pilgrim's words, "the drivers over here are scary and I'm not looking forward to joining their suicidal mission". They will be traveling most of the day tomorrow in the 12 passenger van and head to the Bath hotel.
If they have not contacted you tonight be looking forward to tomorrow as Pilgrim is trying to find an internet cafe' for phone and computer access. It is not as easy as they thought to communicate over there and it is very expensive!
All of the students asked that I give their hello's and love to their families, especially Amy's. She is dying to talk to her mom!
Until tomorrow!

They'll be sleeping well tonight!
Well the gang is doing great! They all are exhausted after long travels and a full day experiencing the city.
They started out with a Double Decker bus tour, then had a scavengar hunt (which Pilgrim's team won!) and finally, tasting the exsquisitely cheap fish and chips for dinner! Not so good they tell me....
They did have one little scare during their ventures on a train however! Samantha couldn't get off the train on time before the doors shut and ended up riding the train to the next station by herself, streaming in tears. Luckily the next station was close. Pilgrim quickly jumped on the next train and swiftly rescued her!! They are back at the hotel now and ready to get some rest for the exciting day planned for them tomorrow.
As the dawn appears they will be reading themselves for a tour of the Buckingham Palace, enjoying some London tea, going to the all famous Harrods for a little shopping and exploring the unturned hot spots of the surprisingly beautiful, not so dark city of London!
Pray for safety tomorrow as they go on their many excursions and that no-one get's stuck on any form of transportation :D Update on Alexandra's luggage.....they found it!
